WeRugz Return/Refund Policy

WeRugz have specialized quality control measures in place to ensure that the product(s) you receive are of the highest quality. In the rare case that you receive a damaged/ defective product please reach out to us under the following circumstances: 

  • Stains on the product(s)
  • Stitching inconsistencies
  • More than a 3% variation in size
  • Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase amount. 
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Please email us at rugzwe@gmail.com and include photographs of the defect along with the order number and item code . We will attend to your query as soon as we can. 
  • Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact and the product is unused. 

Terms & Conditions 

  • Return the item within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
  • Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
  • A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
  • The Item (s) must have the original packing, labels and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial numbers will also void return.
  • We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
  • In case of a damaged/ defective item reaching you, we will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items.
